I am so glad you are here! It’s my mission to teach women how to properly nourish their bodies before, during, and after pregnancy by building healthy habits around nutrition, movement, and overall wellness.

What is Vita Nutrita?

Whether you are looking to care for yourself better, growing a baby that you want the best for, or looking to care for your postpartum body and mind, there is no better time than now to make changes toward a healthier life.  

Vita Nutrita translates in Italian to “Nourished Life”. I am here to help women in all stages of their wellness journey. No matter if you are pregnant (or hoping to be), postpartum, or if pregnancy is the furthest thing from your mind, it is my goal to empower you toward a more nourished life.  

Here is the incredibly unpopular truth: There is no sustainable quick fix. There is no magic pill that makes our problems or our problem areas go away - nor should there be! Real change takes time, consistency, and discipline in order to create lasting results. But you are worth the time and effort it takes to get there, and it is important to remember that there are plenty of victories to celebrate along the way.   

You and I will work closely together to set realistic goals and calibrate a healthy mindset in the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and rest/recovery. I believe in progress over perfection, and I focus on using missteps as opportunities for growth. My job is to educate you, and then support and encourage you as we work at your pace to build habits around your specific goals, and come up with action steps to develop and strengthen those habits. 

Nutrition is not “one size fits all”. That’s why I work to understand each of my clients as individuals. By doing this we can identify what your specific body needs, and build skills that fit into your real life. Skills that you can consistently incorporate into your every day. Because without consistency, even the best plan is a failed plan.
